1. General

This website is owned and operated by Liza Bill. By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

2. Products

• Original artworks are created, packaged, and shipped directly by me (Liza Bill).

• Prints, apparel, and accessories are produced and fulfilled by trusted third-party print partners, including Inkthreadable (UK) and Gelato (global network).

• Colours may vary slightly from the images shown due to monitor settings and the nature of print production.

• Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the product type.

3. Orders & Payments

• All payments are securely processed through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other available gateways.

• Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Original Artworks (handled by Liza Bill)

• Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 7 working days.

• Delivery options can be discussed upon purchase. Depending on your location, you may choose:

  • Direct delivery (via tracked courier)

  • Collection in person (by prior arrangement)

Print-on-Demand Products (Inkthreadable & Gelato)

• Items are produced to order and shipped directly from my print partners.

• Average production time:

  • Inkthreadable (UK): 3–5 working days

  • Gelato (global network): 2–5 working days, shipped from the nearest print facility to reduce costs and carbon footprint.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (see Shipping Costs below)

5. Returns & Refunds

• Original artworks: returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged in transit. Please contact me within 14 days with photos if this happens.

• Print-on-demand products (Inkthreadable & Gelato): as items are made to order, I cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days with photos. A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

• Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible

6. Custom/Commissioned Work

Custom artwork is non-refundable once production has begun.

7. Legal Disclaimer

I retain full copyright of all artwork and designs. Purchasing a print or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

• Original artworks: flat rate of £6.50 (or free collection by arrangement).

• Clothing & small items: £2.99–£3.50

• Mugs: £3.50–£4.00

• Art prints & posters: £3.00–£3.50 (varies by size & supplier)

• Framed prints & bulkier items: £5.00–£6.50

Free UK delivery on orders over £50 (excluding originals).

International Shipping

• Europe: from £6.00

• USA/Canada: from £8.00

• Rest of World: from £10.00
  (Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.)

Note: Gelato ships from local facilities where possible (e.g., EU, US, UK, Australia), which helps reduce delivery costs and times. Inkthreadable ships from the UK.
